OUR STORY

Starting in 2006, it all began when we wanted to assist our siblings and relatives who requested help with preparing a BBQ. However, in that same year, some individuals asked if we could make a roasted lamb, which sparked our interest in finding a recipe, creating the perfect marinade sauce, and experimenting with various ingredients to achieve the best taste. From 2006 to 2008, we considered this stage as the foundation for us to search for the perfect recipe and ingredients. However, we could only offer BBQ and roasted lamb on weekends as we were working full-time.

In 2014, we started taking this venture seriously by establishing the Original Roaster Master 2015 and decided to improve it further. In 2018, we quit our full-time jobs and focused entirely on Original Roaster Master. During this time, we improved all marketing efforts and began attracting customers from the Klang Valley to Johor Bahru. Some customers requested our spices and marinade sauce, and at one point, we could prepare up to 35 roasted lambs per day, up to 102 per month.

Now, we have also launched a line of Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food products with the aim of providing everyone with the taste of our food, regardless of where they are. Although they’re not “roasted lamb,” they still have a premium boneless meat taste. Each pack comes with a food tray, tissue, fork, and heating pad. Customers do not need to keep them in the fridge for more than a year. Each pack is suitable for 2-3 people, and customers only need to soak them in water and then they’re ready to eat.
